Needs Assessment Tool

Whether you are a district or state leader considering developing a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a vetted list of tutoring providers, you can use the flowchart below to clarify your needs, priorities, and goals for partnering with a tutoring provider. The flowchart walks through key questions from 'Who should be involved?' to 'How do we select which provider best meets our needs?'. As you work through the flowchart, if you have already completed the step described, you can move on to the next question. If you have not completed the step, the flowchart offers examples and resources that could guide you. Upon completion of this process, you will better understand the characteristics of a tutoring provider(s) that will best meet your needs.
